🚧 Key Project Locations for Wednesday 10/14/2026
- Manhole Casting Replacements: Work is to be concentrated to Ingram Avenue between Schley Avenue and Sampson Avenue and the Wynne Avenue & Ingram Avenue intersection.
- Excavation Work: Heavy digging and excavation are focused at the intersection of Admiral Dewey and Ingram Avenue.
This schedule is weather dependent and subject to change.
🚗 Traffic Impacts & Transit Details
- Alternating Single-Lane Traffic: Ingram Ave. will be open to traffic utilizing flaggers and single lane alternating traffic.
- Limited Side-Street Access: Ingress and egress (entering and exiting) to the various side streets connecting to Ingram Avenue will be limited at periodic intervals.
- School Commutes unaffected: The borough has verified with the Montour School District that all student bus routes and timing will remain exactly the same.
Paving Notices were handed out by the Road Contractor today to the resident’s being directly affected.

- Guaranteed Access: The borough has secured a guarantee from the contractor that Ingram Avenue will remain open to traffic.
- Traffic Control: Expect flagmen and single lane alternating traffic. Ingress and egress to the side streets along Ingram Avenue will be periodically limited during construction. Please expect delays and if you are aware of alternate routes utilize them.
- Work Scope: The next steps of the project involve milling, spot repairs, and paving. This schedule is weather dependent and subject to change.
- 10/13 and 10/14 – Continue with utility structure upgrades and base repair
- 10/15 and 10/16 – Asphalt paving
