We apologize for any inconvenience yesterday with the Ingram Avenue project.  The Borough was told there would be no diversions or closures during this work.   Montour School District has been notified.

🚧 Key Roadwork Details

• Guaranteed Access: The borough has secured a guarantee from the contractor that Ingram Avenue will remain open to traffic.
• Traffic Control: Expect flagmen and minor delays throughout the upcoming phases of the project.
• Work Scope: The next steps of the project involve milling, spot repairs, and paving.

🚌 School Bus Information

• No Changes: All school bus routes will remain exactly the same, ensuring no disruption to daily student transportation.

The 2026 weekly leaf collection will start on Monday, October 19th and run from 10/19/26 through 12/4/2026.

🍁 Please rake the leaves to the curb by 6:00 a.m. on your collection day, do not bag them!

2026 LEAF COLECTION SCHEDULE 

We are pleased to inform you that County Hauling, a Noble Environmental company, was awarded the contract for residential trash and recycling collection in Ingram Borough beginning July 1st, 2024. We look forward to providing Ingram with a safe and efficient collection program! Our goal is always to attempt to keep collection days the same, but unfortunately that is not always possible. You will be receiving services for trash and recycling on Thursdays instead of Wednesdays for the duration of the new contract. Please keep in mind that the Fourth of July falls on a Thursday this year so the first collection of the contract will be delayed by one day and will be collected on Friday July 5th.

Once registered, you can sign up for convenient automatic payments to be withdrawn from your payment method of choice. Automatic payments are an excellent option for those concerned with the security of their information when mailing checks and the costs associated with doing so.
