Parking Tickets
Where do I pay parking tickets?
Ingram parking tickets can be paid at the Ingram Borough Office between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The fee is listed on the ticket.
Credit cards are not accepted. Exact amount cash, check or money order is accepted. If you are paying after hours the payment can be put in the mail/drop box located at entrance of building.

Where Do I report a property coMplaint?
Property complaints such as high grass, weeds or unsightly property can be reported to the Code Enforcement Officer, Aaron Froggatt, at 412-921-3625 option 1.
Who handles Building Inspections?
The Borough of Ingram uses a third party to do Building Inspections. The Borough’s Building Inspector is Dan Felton. He is in the Borough Office on Monday mornings beginning at 9:00 am. At other times he can be reached at Building Inspector Underwriters at 412-766-2565.
When do I need a permit?
Some common building projects that require a permit include:
- House additions
- Decks
- Garages
- Fences
- Sheds
- Retaining walls over 4ft in height
- Swimming Pools
- Roofs
Garbage & Recycling
When can I place my garbage out for pickup?
Ingram trash is picked up on Wednesday. Recycling is collected every other week. Trash and recycling should be placed at the curb after 12:00 pm on the day prior to collection and before 6:00 am the morning of the scheduled collection. Late trash set out will be noted by the driver and may not be picked up.
